Wan Sim is a seasoned lawyer admitted as an advocate and solicitor, Singapore. She has also built a solid foundation in family law and civil litigation. She has a broad range of legal expertise in her repertoire. 

Over the years, she has represented clients in highly contentious divorce proceedings in both the Family Justice Courts and the Family Division of the High Court. Her cases often involve complex disputes over the division of matrimonial assets and children’s issues. She showcases her ability to navigate sensitive family matters with and aims for a happy resolution. 

Wan Sim has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds. She now has accumulated extensive experience across various areas of law. She has also worked on Syariah Court matters in addition to Family Court children’s maintenance applications, applications for granting financial relief related to foreign matrimonial proceedings and enforcement of orders. 

Wan Sim’s expertise also extends to the contested appointment of deputies under the Mental Capacity Act.
